- We will prepare an operational assessment of their organization illustrating their current competitive position in the marketplace.
- HPI will develop a “Strategic Business Plan” to include a “Roll-Out” strategy for the new agreement which will include dedicated training and engagement of supplier’s field sales organization and overall “Go-to-Market-Strategy.”
- We will conduct the contract negotiations with the purchasing groups.
- We will generate professional PowerPoint and Zoom presentations to position supplier for a contract award and represent supplier at Tradeshows.
For our Provider Partners:
The primary objective is to negotiate the most competitive agreement that provides the greatest cost-savings to member facilities.
- HPI will provide the essential details about the supplier’s competitive offering based on Value-Based Solutions and Technology Assessment Comparisons.
- We will plan meetings with the Imaging, Steering and Value Analysis Committees to communicate the value proposition being offered by supplier.
- HPI will develop“Promotional Programs”and “Group Buys” intended for large volume purchases by IDN members and affiliates.
- HPI will offer training to IDN account managers.
